The Spanish National Team Had Nothing To Worry About, Xavi Disbursed Gavi's Injury Condition

JAKARTA - The Spanish national team is worried. One of his mainstay players in midfield, Gavi suffered an injury while defending his club, Barcelona.

However, Barcelona coach, Xavi Hernandez, gave a breath of fresh air. He gave positive news regarding Gavi's condition after being injured when Barcelona won 4-0 over Athletic Bilbao, Monday, October 24, 2022 in the morning WIB.

He said Gavi's condition was not serious so he would not worry ahead of the 2022 World Cup. He stated that based on the player's initial examination, there seemed to be no significant problems.

Gavi's injury doesn't seem serious. But it looks like Sergi (Roberto) is more important. We'll see tomorrow," Xavi explained, quoted from Football Espana.

Xavi will definitely rest the player against Bayern Munich in the Champions League. He can field Franck Kessie which is rarely played.

Gavi's name is not only a mainstay in Barcelona. He also became the backbone in the middle of the Spanish national team.

Coach Luis Enrique has even included his name on the list of 26 La Roja players to compete in Qatar next month.
