Japan's MotoGP Qualification Result: Marc Marquez Raik Pole Position, Mario Aji Falls

JAKARTA - Repsol Honda racer, Marc Marquez is entitled to the 2022 Japanese MotoGP pole position after becoming the fastest in the qualifying round, Saturday, September 24. While Fabio Quartararo the leader of the standings will start from the ninth position.

Marquez recorded a score of 1 minute 55.214 seconds and became the fastest in the qualifying session. Marquez was 0.208 seconds ahead of Johann Zarco who was in second place.

The third starting position is occupied by Brad Binder as well as completing the first row formation. While in the second row there are Maverick Vinales, Jorge Martin, and Aleix Espargaro.

Fabio Quartararo himself had to settle for starting tomorrow's race in ninth. He will be in the third row with Jack Miller and Miguel Oliveira.

While Francesco Bagnaia will be stard from 12th position. This makes the competition even more interesting to watch.

From the path of Japan's MotoGP qualification, Maverick Vinales had recorded the best time and was broken by Marc Marquez and Jack Miller. Quartararo followed up to the top position before being repaired by Johann Zarco.

Zarco recorded a time of 1 minute 56.076 seconds, while Marquez immediately overtook Zarco and posted 1 minute 55.698 seconds to reclaim the top position in the remaining six minutes.

Marquez then sharpened his best time record to 1 minute 55.214 seconds in the final three minutes of qualifying until finally the Spanish driver's advantage was not overtaken.

Meanwhile, Indonesian Moto3 racer Mario Aji fell while undergoing the Japanese Q1 Moto3 202. Mario Aji fell at Turn 3 while trying to do a time attack.

This situation made him have to lose a lot of time so he failed to heal Q2. Until the end of the round of Japan's Q1 Moto3 session 2022, Mario Aji had to settle for being in position 14.

Until the Q2 session was complete, the top position was still secured by Tasek Suzuki, the Leopard Racing racer managed to start from the leading position of Moto3 Japan 2022. The second position was won by Scott Odgen from Sergio Garcia after scoring bestlap 2;11,568 seconds.

Mario Aji must be heartened because he must occupy the starting 28 position in Japan's Moto3 which will take place on Sunday.
