Aragon MotoGP Result: Disadvantaged By Esea Bastianini, Fancesco Bagnaia Failed Five Times To Become Champion

JAKARTA Francesco Bagnaia failed to show his strength by winning the Aragon MotoGP racing series at the Motorland Circuit, Aragon City, Spain on September 18, 2022. He was defeated by fellow Italian racer, Esea Bastianini in the final round.

If you win, it will be Bagnaia's fifth win sequentially throughout the 2022 MotoGP racing season. The Ducati factory team racer had previously won in the Netherlands, England, Austria, and San Marino.

Throughout 23 rounds of races at the Motorland Circuit, Bagnaia continued to lead. The struggle was getting easier, because Fabio Quartararo and Marc Marquez, who are expected to present great challenges, failed to continue the race.

Bagnaia is actually competing fiercely with racers from the Ducati satellite team, Gresini Racing, Enea Bastianini. Unexpectedly, Bastianini was able to outperform Bagnaia only in the remaining two corners before finishing.

Esea Bastianini, who is investigating an older motor than that used by Bagnaia, became the champion. Bagnaia is in second place, while third place belongs to Aleix Espargaro of the Aprilia manufacturer team.

"I've tried my best, but Ema's motorbike traffic is better. Even so, I feel quite happy with this result," said Bagnaia about his failure to become a champion in MotoGP Aragon in an interview with MotoGP television.
