JAKARTA - The draw for the 2022/2023 Europa League group stage has been completed. The result puts Manchester United in Group E alongside Spanish side Real Sociedad.
UEFA held the draw for the second caste of the European club competition in Istanbul, Turkey, on Friday, August 26 evening WIB. A total of 32 contestant teams were divided into eight groups.
Manchester United is included in a fairly easy group. Apart from Sociedad, Erik Ten Hag's team will face two teams whose class is still far below them, namely Sheriff and Omonia.
