Bernardo Silva Indicates He Is Not Happy At Manchester City: They Know What I Want

JAKARTA - Bernardo Silva's future at Manchester City is still a question mark. The player is rumored to be moving in the market this summer.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola said on Friday he would not stand in the way of Bernardo Silva if he wanted to leave. Barcelona is touted as a candidate for the port of the next player.

Bernardo admitted he had spoken honestly to the club's management. He's been open about what he wants.

"They know what I want," said the former AS Monaco player, as reported by Antara from AFP.

Bernardo Silva admits he would be happy if he finally stayed at City. He will respect the club management's decision regarding his fate.

"If not, it's football and we'll see what happens," said the Portuguese.

"This is a big club and they don't want players who are not happy in this club. They always told us all, if you are not happy, you can leave," he continued.

Bernardo's statement indicates he is not entirely happy at the Etihad. The reason is that the desire to leave comes from the player.

Apart from Barcelona, Bernardo Silva has also been linked with rivals Manchester City, Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp's club want to make the 28-year-old a replacement for Sadio Mane.
