Dana White Values Her Friendship With Mike Tyson More Than Money

JAKARTA - Dana White has been good friends with Mike Tyson for many years. And he had just proved the reason why 'The Concrete Neck' liked him so much.

As president of the UFC, Dana White was given a promotional offer high enough that the UFC brand could earn millions of dollars. However, this man values friendship more than money.

In a recent press conference, journalists asked White about Tyson's Instagram post in which he thanked him for canceling his promotional deal with Hulu.

Hulu is trying to get the UFC to promote Tyson's new series about the life of the former heavyweight boxer. Meanwhile, Tyson is suing someone at Hulu to be fired because the company didn't pay him a dime to make the series.

As a result, White immediately knew what he had to do, but he needed to hear a word from Tyson first.

"We're on the verge of a deal with Hulu to promote this unauthorized biography of Mike Tyson. My head of production came up to me and said 'I heard that Tyson isn't happy about this,'" White said.

"So I called Mike and I said, we're in a deal with these guys, we have a verbal to do this deal with them. He said, 'Dana, they cheated me.' That's all I need to hear.

"I said, 'I'm out then. I'm going to break this deal'. So I canceled the deal and I told him it was over and that we weren't going to promote the show for Hulu."

So far, actor Jamie Foxx is still attached to a project that will tell the life story of Mike Tyson with him as the main protagonist. Tyson has agreed to Jamie to be the one to play it and the project remains in development.

Dana White will definitely promote this one when it's released as it's 100 percent approved by 'Iron' Mike.
