JAKARTA - Cristiano Ronaldo finally joined Manchester United (MU) amid rumors that he insisted on leaving. However, Ronaldo's behavior was highlighted because he said goodbye before the game was over.

Ronaldo joined the Red Devils squad for a friendly match against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday. In the match which ended 1-1, Ronaldo played for 45 minutes before being replaced by Amad Diallo.

During the match, there was nothing strange about Ronaldo's behavior even though it was rumored that he did not feel at home at MU. However, the furore occurred after he was pulled into the bench.

Reporting from the Mirror, Monday, Ronaldo apparently did not feel at home for long at Old Trafford. He was in the spotlight because he chose to go home before the referee blew the long whistle signaling the game was over.

Sources say, some photos show when the megastar chooses to go home rather than sitting on the bench waiting for the time to end. Ronaldo was seen with his compatriot, Diogo Dalot, who did not play in this match, seemed to be walking towards the stadium parking lot.

Manchester United refused to comment on Ronaldo, including the question of possible sanctions. However, Ronaldo's behavior is increasingly raising questions regarding his future with the Red Devils.

Ronaldo, so far has not provided certainty regarding his future at Erik ten Hag's team. The Portuguese star is known to be desperate to move because he wants to play in a team that appears in the Champions League, while this season MU has only penetrated the Europa League.
