Nicolo Zaniolo Is Rumored To Move To Juventus, Roberto Mancini's Response Is Surprising: Think Carefully

JAKARTA - Italy national team coach, Roberto Mancini advised AS Roma player, Nicolo Zaniolo, to think carefully about his plan to move to Juventus.

Zaniolo has indeed become a commodity in the transfer market this summer. At only 23 years old, Zaniolo has now become the target of big clubs, including Juventus.

Mancini asked Zaniolo to take into account the luck that now overshadows him. Currently, the player has become a mainstay at AS Roma and the Italian national team.

If he moves to Juventus, Zaniolo will have to start from scratch again. Mancini rate, not necessarily he will immediately merge with his new club.

Moreover, Zaniolo has been plagued by serious injuries several times. The first was in the 2018/2019 season and the latest occurred around January 2020 which made his knee problematic and fell back down. Mancini wants the young player to think about that aspect.

"I can't say it. I know he needs to understand the luck that has overshadowed him," the 57-year-old tactician told La Gazzetta dello Sport, quoted by Football Italia.

"He can't waste time and chances anymore," continued Roberto Mancini.

Apart from Zaniolo, Mancini also commented on the future of Gianluca Scamacca. The striker from the Sassuolo club was recently linked with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

In fact, the former Italian bomber, Christian Vieri, once said that his junior could score at least 20 goals per season if he finished in French Ligue 1.

"He has everything to be a top striker and he knows it," said the former Manchester City tactician.
