It's Funny, Racer Enea Bastianini Was Greeted By A Bat As Soon As He Arrived At The Mandalika Circuit Hotel Room

JAKARTA — There is a funny story when Gresini Racing Ducati rider Enea Bastianini arrived in Lombok to prepare for the 2022 MotoGP pre-season test. His arrival was greeted by a bat in a hotel room.

Things that might be unusual for the Italian racer were then immortalized with a smartphone camera and immediately uploaded them on Instastory. The little bat is seen trapped in the room and flying around.

A hotel clerk was seen trying to ward off the small animal.

"I arrived in Indonesia and immediately found a bat in my room," Bastianini wrote accompanying his upload.

In another upload, Bastianini is seen circling his inn which has the concept of a beach house with thatched roofs. He also immortalized a beautiful yard filled with trees.

The 24-year-old racer seems very impressed with the scenery around where he is staying. This can be seen from the short writing that he included in the video.

"Too good," he wrote.

Bastianini was one of several riders who immediately shared their moments after arriving in Lombok. Do not miss the brothers Marc Marquez and Alex Marquez also immediately uploaded their activities there.

Bastianini looks at the Mandalika MotoGP test with good confidence. He came after being able to dominate the second day of the MotoGP test at Sepang and also broke the lap record.

The MotoGP pre-season test at the Mandalika Circuit has immediately become a byword on social media. The arrival of the crew and racers in Lombok is now trending on Twitter social media.

Some of the crew and riders are now in Lombok and are undergoing a 1 x 24 hour quarantine. A total of 500 people came on Monday, February 7 yesterday with two charter flights from Malaysia.

They came after two days of undergoing the Malaysian MotoGP test at the Sepang circuit on 5 and 6 February yesterday. Now they are preparing for the next test at the Mandalika Circuit on 11-13 February.

There are at least 24 hotels prepared for crew and racers in the Mandalika area. Meanwhile, there is one other hotel in Senggigi, West Lombok.
