FK Boss Senica Proud Of Egy Maulana's Performance At The 2020 AFF Cup

JAKARTA - Egy Maulana Vikri has completed his task of helping the Indonesian national team to appear in the 2020 AFF Cup. After appearing at the biennial event, FK Senica Director David Balda gave great praise to one of his players.

"Egy played very well in the AFF Cup, we at FK Senica are proud of him even though he has not been able to become a champion," said Balda in a written statement received by VOI, Friday, January 7.

FK Senica just released Egy to the Indonesian national team after the Garuda squad went through all the matches in the group phase and one semifinal match. Egy has only appeared three times.

Even so, Egy still makes a significant contribution to the Indonesian national team. He even managed to create two goals against Singapore and Thailand.

FK Senica himself is diligent in uploading the latest developments of Egy with the Indonesian national team in the 2020 AFF Cup through social media. The top caste club in the Slovak League has also always supported the Indonesian national team to achieve success in the AFF Cup.

Despite his praise for Egy, until now Balda has not been able to confirm the future of the player who was born on July 7, 2000 at FK Senica. Balda said that Egy's contract extension with FK Senica would be decided next week.

Regarding the uncertainty that Balda revealed, it was related to the player's contract, which actually ended in December 2021. However, in an upload on Instagram, FK Senica confirmed that Egy would rejoin their squad, although there is no certainty regarding a contract extension.
