Spectators are also expected not to bring flammable objects or liquids, backpacks or large bags, lasers, alcoholic beverages, flag posters or banners, trumpets, and food and drinks from outside.
"If the audience needs food or drink, they can buy it at the food and beverages provider booths that are available near each grand stand," he said.
