Mitsubishi Fuso Strengthens Zero Down Time Services to Support Non-Stop Logistics at GIICOMVEC 2026

JAKARTA - PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) again took part in the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) 2026 held at JIExpo Kemayoran. Carrying the theme "Zero Down Time", Mitsubishi Fuso emphasizes its focus on providing added value for consumers through a sustainable operational service strategy without interruption.

As a market leader in commercial vehicles for more than five decades, Mitsubishi Fuso understands that efficiency is a crucial factor in the logistics sector. At this exhibition, various flagship units are displayed as proof of the trust of business actors from various strategic sectors, ranging from commercial vehicle rentals, refrigerated distribution (cold chain), to national logistics to the robustness of Fuso products.

A total of five flagship units are presented to show performance in the field, including the Canter FE 74 and Canter FE 74 Long with a refrigerated box body designed for cold chain needs. Then the Fighter X FN61 FSL is aimed at the medium duty truck segment with large carrying capacity and high durability.

There is also the Fighter X FM65F TH 4x2, the latest tractor head designed for heavy cargo distribution with optimal fuel efficiency and has received a positive response since its launch in September 2025. In addition, Mitsubishi Fuso also presents a Mobile Workshop Service based on Canter FE 71, a mobile workshop service that allows maintenance to be carried out directly at the consumer's location to reduce operational downtime.

In the outdoor area, there is a Canter Bus unit as a solution for passenger mobility that prioritizes comfort and safety, as well as the Fighter X Logistic Package which is designed to facilitate the operations of logistics business actors. Not only vehicles, Mitsubishi Fuso also showcases interactive digital services through Runner Telematics which is now used by more than 84,000 users with a total of 130,000 vehicles.

The system is equipped with a Geofence feature that is able to monitor the duration of vehicle service in real time through the Clock In and Clock Out mechanism, while ensuring transparency and efficiency of the maintenance process. The Geofence feature also provides additional benefits for fleet owners, such as monitoring loading and unloading times, detecting vehicle movement outside the operational area, to accurately recording departure and arrival times.

The digital integration is further complete with the presence of the MyFuso application which makes it easier for customers to access service history and make spare parts orders. In the after-sales sector, Mitsubishi Fuso offers a variety of spare parts, ranging from Genuine Parts to Three Diamond Spare Parts (SCTB) as a more economical alternative but still meets quality standards.

In addition, there is also an interactive simulation that shows the service ecosystem in its entirety, including the 24-Hour Standby Workshop, Mobile Workshop Service, to the Service Point which is designed to ensure uninterrupted operations. President Director of PT KTB Daisuke Okamoto, emphasized the company's commitment to maintaining consumer confidence.
