Changan Officially Opens 3 Dealers at Once in Indonesia, Here's the Location

Changan started 2026 with an aggressive move, the Chinese global automotive brand under the auspices of the Indomobil Group inaugurated three new dealer networks simultaneously in the Jakarta and Tangerang areas. This expansion is carried out through a strategic partnership with PT Wahana Wirawan, with a centralized ceremony at the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) dealer, today, Tuesday, February 3.

In the inauguration of this dealer, a handover ceremony was also held for the first eight customers of Changan Lumin and Changan Deepal S07. This expansion step is the foundation for Changan to build long-term consumer trust in Indonesia.

"The inauguration of three Changan dealers simultaneously is a milestone for Changan in Indonesia. We designed this initiative as part of our efforts to build an electric vehicle ecosystem that is easily accessible to urban people, while strengthening consumer confidence through the presence of integrated after-sales services and 3S standards (Sales, Service, Spareparts). Customer comfort is our main consideration, from the selection of strategic locations to the provision of service formats that are relevant to comprehensive and sustainable ownership," said Changan Indonesia Chief Executive Officer Setiawan Surya, at Pantai Indah Kapuk.

"Today, we also welcome the first eight owners of Changan Lumin and Changan Deepal S07 as part of the Changan family in Indonesia. Their trust is the energy for us to continue to expand our reach and improve service standards to various regions in the country," he continued.

Currently, Changan's focus is to bring services closer to customer activity centers through integrated facilities. Changan PIK dealers also carry the 3S standard (Sales, Service, Sparepart) with six display units, equipped with an indoor café for a more comfortable visit experience.

Meanwhile, the Changan Bintaro dealer is present as the largest Changan showroom currently with a capacity of up to 10 display units in the strategic commercial area of South Tangerang. Spacious waiting room facilities and Wi-Fi access are prepared to ensure a comfortable and productive service experience.

The network is equipped with Changan MT Haryono which adopts the 1S (Sales) format because for sales service efficiency without sacrificing customer experience quality. Located at Wisma Indomobil Building 1 floor two, Jalan MT Haryono Kavling 8, East Jakarta 13330, this showroom displays six display units and provides a coffee corner and charging spot to meet the needs of professionals in the East Jakarta area and beyond.

Changan itself has a target, by the end of the year it will establish at least 20 dealers present in Indonesian regions to provide easy access for prospective consumers to own vehicles offered by Changan. "Yes, at least at least 20 until the end of the year," said Setiawan Surya.
