This time, the Vietnamese brand officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with five large companies, namely Goodyear Indonesia, Dunlop, Denso Sales Indonesia, CARfix, and Scuto Paint. In addition to strengthening customer experience, this partnership also supports the company's mission to encourage sustainable mobility in the country.
VinFast Indonesia CEO, Kariyanto Hardjosoemarto, stated that the partnership with the five leading companies is part of VinFast's great strategy to improve the quality of the full-sale service and build an integrated and sustainable EV ecosystem foundation.
"VinFast itself is known to have service networks in various major cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali, known as superior guarantees, fast service standards, and residual value insurance programs," he said, in an official statement received on Friday, November 28.

In collaboration with Goodyear Indonesia, Goodyear will supply tires for all VinFast electric vehicles as well as provide routine maintenance and inspection programs through the Autocare service center network that is widely spread in Indonesia. This will expand the range of VinFast services and ensure the performance of vehicles remains optimal.
On the other hand, collaboration with Dunlop will give birth to a multifunctional service center, where the selected Dunlop Workshop will be certified as an Official VinFast Service Workshop that provides complete services, ranging from electric vehicle maintenance, software updates, to charging station installations and maintenance.
Cooperation with Denso Sales Indonesia is equally important. Through this MoU, Denso will provide vehicle repair and maintenance services according to international standards. In addition, Denso will support technician training and technology transfer to ensure the quality of service remains consistent throughout its official workshop network.

Meanwhile, CARfix and Scuto Paint will strengthen the service ecosystem in terms of general care and vehicle body protection.
