Stargazer Cartenz Dongkrak Hyundai Sales, Tembus 500700 Units Per Month

PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia noted that sales contribution is currently dominated by its latest model, Stargazer Cartenz, which launched at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025.

This was revealed by Hyundai Motors Indonesia Chief Operating Officer (COO) Fransiscus Soerjopranoto. In addition to the above model, Hyundai Creta Santa Fe to the latest Palisade also supports the sales performance of this South Korean brand.

"Stargazer Cartenz is the main support for Hyundai's sales with an average sales of 500-700 units per month. Other models also support (sales) such as Creta, Santa Fe, and the Coalition," he said, when met in the Jakarta area, recently.

Hyundai Stargazer Cartenz itself is present as an answer to the increasingly diverse needs and lifestyles of the Indonesian people. In terms of appearance, this latest Stargazer appears with a significant refresher. The front now looks more modern thanks to a new, more assertive goal design, LED MFR headlights, and LED DRL that looks fresh.

Not to forget, the brake light design is also updated with a futuristic feel. Performance matters, both Stargazer Cartenz and Cartenz X are powered by a 1,500 cc Smartstream MPI 4-cylinder machine.

The machine can generate up to 115 PS of power and a peak torque of 143.8 Nm. All power is channeled to the front wheels through the well-known smooth and efficient iVT transmission. For prices, the Hyundai Stargazer Cartenz, which is in the Low MPV segment, is priced at IDR 269.9 million (OTR Jakarta).

"We also plan to increase sales to 1,000 units per month for this Stargazer Cartenz," he concluded.
