Strengthening Positions In EV Market, VinFast Wins International And National Awards

JAKARTA Electric vehicle manufacturer from Vietnam, VinFast successfully recorded 2025 as a golden moment with a number of proud achievements.

This brand managed to bring home six awards at the prestigious Asia Pacific Effie Awards (APAC Effie Awards), making it the only automotive producer to achieve honor in the regional level competition. Not only that, VinFast was also named Best Newcomer Electric Car for the VF 3 model at the Carvaganza Editors' Choice Awards (CEC) 2025 in Indonesia.

Victory at the APAC Effie Awards confirmed VinFast as the first Vietnamese brand to win a gold medal at the prestigious event. This achievement also emphasizes the strength of brands that are not only recognized by the world, but are also appreciated in the local market as one of the important players in the electrification era.

Interestingly, VinFast has succeeded in outperforming automotive giants from Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, to India. The six awards won include the Automotive, Asia Pacific Brands, Marketing Disruptors, as well as the Sockey and eCommerce Marketing categories. One of their main stars, VF 3, has even recorded a record order of 27,649 units in just 66 hours since opening in Vietnam.

Deputy CEO of Global Sales and Marketing VinFast, Duong Thi Thu Trang, expressed his pride for this achievement.

This award is a clear proof of our team's vision, creativity and dedication. We are increasingly motivated to present innovative products that will lead consumers to the global green mobility revolution," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, September 24.

Meanwhile in Indonesia, a similar confession came through the Carvaganza Editors' Choice Awards 2025 which named VinFast VF 3 as Best Newcomer Electric Car.

Publisher & Editor-in-Chief of SEA Cardekho, Munawar Chalil, emphasized that this award is not merely a matter of popularity, but a comprehensive evaluation result from technical aspects, driving comfort, performance, to innovation.
