Dreame Vakum Robot Manufacturer Officially Enters The Automotive World, Ready To Release EV Competitor Bugatti Veyron

JAKARTA The success of technology companies that spread their wings to the automotive world such as Huawei and Xiaomi is now also followed by Dreame Technology, as well as Chinese brands known for their vacuum robot cleaning products.

Surprisingly Dreame Technology announced its move to enter the automotive industry. This decision is fairly rare, given the strict regulation and tight competition in China's electric vehicle (EV) market in recent years.

Through his official statement, reported by CnEVPost, Thursday, August 22, Dreame did not mess around by revealing that his first model would be a purely ultra-luxury electric vehicle that was ready to challenge the dominance of Bugatti Veyron. The car is targeted to debut in 2027.

"Today, Dreame has officially announced our entry into automotive manufacturing to build the fastest car in the world," the company said in a statement.

Dreame claims that their first car, powered by Dreame's "super motorbikes", will provide an extraordinary driving experience. In addition to performance, this first model will also provide a smart ecosystem that is smoothly integrated on users' smart devices and smart homes.

To realize its big ambition, Dreame has formed an automotive team of nearly 1,000 people and continues to grow. Despite announcing this plan, Dreame stated that this decision was not a hasty matter but part of the existing vehicle development plan since 2013.
