All New Mitsubishi Destination Records 1,900 SPKs, Becomes MMKSI Star At GIIAS 2025

JAKARTA - PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) The official Mitsubishi Brand Holder Agent for the Indonesian market, recorded positive sales at the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) exhibition.

During 11 exhibition days, MMKSI recorded 4,110 SPK Vehicle Ordering Letters (SPK) and their Destination vehicles became the largest contributor to the 1,900 SPK.

President Director of PT MMKSI, Atsushi Kurita in her official statement on Tuesday, said that the Mitsubishi Destination appeared as the center of attention, both in terms of visitors' interest and record sales figures.

At the GIIAS 2025 event, this vehicle managed to record more than 1,900 SPKs throughout the exhibition, making it the largest sales contributor to MMKSI with a 47 percent stake.

"In the midst of this important momentum, customers' trust in our products, especially Destinators, is a strong symbol that what we present not only meets expectations, but is also part of the life journey of our customers in the future," said Atsushi Kurita, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 5.

He said that this positive achievement made it a special gift in the celebration of Mitsubishi's 55 years in Indonesia. His party really appreciates its consumers who still trust the units offered by MMKSI for driving friends every day.

This vehicle is the choice of GIIAS visitors because the Destination comes with a fairly capable dimension. The All-New Destination comes with a length of 4,680 mm, a width of 1,840 mm, a height of 1,780 mm, and a wheelbase distance of 2,815 mm.

With this size, it makes the All-new Destinations a larger size when compared to Xforce and almost the size of the latest generation Honda CR-V.

In order to provide comfort when driving, the All New Destination has been embedded with a 1,500 cc DOHC 16 Valve Turbo 4B40 gasoline engine which is capable of generating 163 dk of power at 5,000 rpm and a 250 Nm torque at 2,500-4,000 rpm. Transmission using CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission).

Ultimate and Exceed types get five driving modes, namely Normal, Wet, Gravel, Tarmac and also Mud. Front suspension uses a MacPherson stroke and the back of the torsion beam.

In Indonesia, this vehicle comes at a price starting from Rp385 million for the GLS variant, Exceed Rp405 million and Ultimate Rp465 million or the Premium variant with an additional Rp30 million from the Ultimate variant.
