GIIAS 2025 Opens Soon, Here's The Free Shuttle Bus Schedule And Ticket Price Info

JAKARTA - The Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) automotive event will be held at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, on July 24 - August 3, 2025.

Generally, like in previous years, the organizers also again provided free bus transportation to facilitate access to visitors.

Chairman III of GAIKINDO and Chairman of the GIIAS Exhibition, Rizwan Alamsjah, revealed that this free shuttle bus is important to meet the high enthusiasm of visitors in the mirror from previous years.

"With the enthusiasm of high visitors every year, the presence of free shuttle buses is a solution so that mobility to and from the exhibition area runs smoothly, more efficiently, and remains comfortable," said Rizwan, in an official statement, Tuesday, July 22.

Dozens of shuttle bus units will be ready to operate every day, starting at 10.00 WIB to 21.00 WIB. The fleet will depart periodically from a number of points, namely Rawa Buntu Station, AEON Mall BSD City, Bintaro Jaya Xchange (BXc) Mall, Pasar Modern Intermoda BSD, and The Breeze BSD City.

The entire shuttle bus fleet will have drop-offs and pick-ups at the 11 ICE BSD City outdoor Hall area, providing direct and easy access to the main entrance of the exhibition.

The area will also be equipped with directional instructions and supporting personnel to ensure smooth passenger ups and downs during operating hours.

The frequency of the shuttle bus will be adjusted to the needs of visitors and the surrounding traffic situation. On weekdays, routes from Bintaro Jaya Xchange and Rawa Buntu Station operate every 15 minutes, while AEON BSD City and The Breeze will depart every 30 minutes.

On weekends, all routes will be increased to frequency every 15 minutes to anticipate a significant increase in visitor numbers. With the anticipation of a high number of visitors, this free shuttle bus service is also expected to be able to reduce congestion around ICE BSD City and create a more efficient visit experience.

Meanwhile, GIIAS 2025 tickets consisting of VIP Day GIIAS 2025 tickets (specifically on July 24) can be purchased online through the Auto360 web at a price of IDR 250,000. As for direct purchases in exhibition areas (onsite), at a price of IDR 300,000.

In addition, regular tickets can also be purchased online through the Auto360 website at a price of IDR 50,000 for weekdays (Monday 'Friday') and IDR 100,000 for weekends (Saturday'Sunday). Meanwhile, onsite tickets are also available at exhibition locations for IDR 75 thousand for weekdays and IDR 125 thousand for weekends.
