AION Indonesia Announces Changes In Production And New Schedule For Model V Delivery, Here's The Reason

JAKARTA - PT AIDI (AION Indomobil Distribution Indonesia) as the holder of the AION brand in Indonesia announced the adjustment of the unit's delivery schedule for AION V Mode, meaning that there was a setback from the original schedule.

AION Indonesia ensures that this step is taken to improve the quality of long-term services. As a form of commitment to the national automotive industry, AION V sent to consumers has been assembled locally by CKD (Completely Knocked Down). All loyal AION V consumers will certainly get a maximum unit by the end of June 2025.

Meanwhile, starting in early July, AION Indonesia will provide a support fee of IDR 100,000 per day until the unit is received by consumers. This applies to consumers who have ordered until the end of February 2025.

AION Indonesia CEO Andry Ciu, expressed his apologies for the delay in AION V's delivery to loyal consumers, who have ordered this one model.

"We really appreciate the patience and trust of consumers. We also ensure that the delivery of this SUV is carried out as quickly as possible," he said, in an official statement received on Thursday, May 14.

The decision applies to consumers who have made orders from November 2024 to the end of February 2025 and have paid off payments.

Meanwhile, for the March order and after that, it will be obtained the following month. Of course, this is with applicable terms and conditions and this can be confirmed through AION sellers.

"With the quality of products and full-sale services that continue to be improved, we believe AION V will be the best choice for electric vehicles for the people of Indonesia," he added.

As is known, AION V in Indonesia comes in two variant options starting from the exclusive with a distance of 500 km which is priced at IDR 449 million and the Premium variant with a distance of more than 600 km is at IDR 489 million on The Road Jakarta.
