JAKARTA - The Great Wall Motor (GWM) is not playing games in its work in the Indonesian automotive industry. As a new player, this manufacturer from China already has four models offered with Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) technology such as Haval Jolion, Haval H6, Tank 300, and Tank 500.

Not only offering products, but GWM has also established 13 networks of dealers spread throughout Indonesia including the recently inaugurated 'GWM Gatsu'.

Sales & Network Director of GWM Indonesia, Lisa Wijaya said that her party has a target by building a total of 30 dealers by the end of this year throughout Indonesia.

"Our target is clear, in 2025 we will open 30 dealers throughout Indonesia. So that GWM can be closer to customers and provide the best service to customers," Lisa said in her explanation to reporters at Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Thursday, May 8.

He also said the number of dealer network facilities is expected to accommodate all customers to buy environmentally friendly vehicles from GWM, including electric vehicles (EVs) from the Ora sub-brand which will launch soon this year.

"We will soon launch an electric car, no longer a hybrid, namely the Ora that customers have been waiting for for a long time," added Lisa.

GWM has inaugurated the 'GWM Gatsu' dealer network as a form of cooperation between manufacturers and dealers of PT Gran Cipta Cahaya.

Built with a compact two-story building, this service provides various facilities to pamper its customers such as the presence of a "GWM Cafe", accesssories corner, customer lounge, private lounge, to a pure charging station for electric vehicles (EV).

It is hoped that this facility can make it easier for prospective consumers, especially in the South Jakarta area to get vehicles from the brand.
