Sokoindo Makes Sure The E3 Seres Launches At PEVS 2025

JAKARTA - The 2025 Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) Periclino will start in less than a week. The exhibition will be a demonstration for a number of automotive manufacturers in Indonesia in showing off their environmentally friendly products to the wider community.

PT Sokoindo Automobile, as the agent of DFSK and Seres brand holder (APM) in the country, will also participate in this event by showing off its flagship product line.

Head of Sales and Marketing of PT Sokoindo Automobile, Doni Putra, said that his party would show off up to eight cars and ensure that all the vehicles displayed were EV lines.

"This is a line-up that we will show off at our booth with a total of eight cars and we make sure that all of them are EV lines. What's more, we have environmentally friendly vehicle lines such as Gelora E and Seres E1 which are suitable for urban activities in daily activities," Doni said in his explanation at a press conference ahead of the 2025 PEVS in Kemayoran, Jakarta, Tuesday, April 22.

He also said that several models on display were modifications from Seres E1 and the presence of Gelora E with a choice of eleven seats, proving that the van met commercial and tourism needs.

"We will also have a modified Seres E1 display, one of which is the result of collaboration with Scuto and Gelora E with an 11-SEAter option. This is useful in the needs of employees or tourism and so on," added Doni.

Not only that, Doni explained that his party will announce the launch of specifications and prices from Seres E3 which will complement the line of Seres brand electric vehicles in Indonesia.

"We will have a special announcement for Seres E3 which the public has been waiting for and we will reveal about the specifications and prices," said Doni.

This electric car itself (Seres E3) was previously displayed at the GIIAS 2019 event, but now it has received a myriad of changes. Starting from the size, rear bumper to the software system.

Previously, Seres had also tested the electric car road which was caught on camera on Jalan Jakarta. Unfortunately, Seres is still closing the door regarding the specifications.

But referring to the original Chinese market, this car has a battery capacity of 50 kWh which can offer a distance of up to 405 km in one full charge.
