Will Launch At The End Of May, Jaecoo Reveals That The Official Price Of J7 SHS Is Guaranteed To Make Consumers Happy

JAKARTA - Jaecoo Indonesia has opened the pre book price from its first model, J7, at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025 February.

At that time, the price of the J7 pre book for the Indonesian market ranged from Rp. 400-500 million, with details of the J7 FWD at Rp. 499 million, J7 AWD Rp. 549 million and J7 SHS touched the figure of Rp. 599 million.

So what is the estimated price of the model above? When asked about Jaecool Indonesia's estimated Head of Marketing price, Evan Anganantika, said the official price for Jaecool J7 was sufficient to make consumers happy.

"(The price) is enough to make consumers happy," he said when met in the Pondok Indah area, Jakarta, Thursday, March 20.

Furthermore, Evan said that the official price for the highest variant, namely the J7 Smart Hybrid System (SHS), would be below the pre book price, unfortunately he did not mention the range.

"Anyway, it (the price) is under Rp. 599, the decline is not significant or not much different. For ICE, it's Rp. 499 million and will be below that," he added.

May Delivery

Evan Anganantika also ensured that the delivery of units to consumers who had ordered it would be carried out in May 2025, for consumers who had ordered units at the IIMS event yesterday.

"If the message on IIMS is sent (unit) in May and if the message is now June," he said.

Jaecool himself will also provide compensation for customers if the unit delivery is late. In fact, the figure reaches IDR 1 million every month (if the shipment misses).

"If the delivery speeds up, we will have compensation of Rp. 1 million per month if we are late in sending it," he concluded.
