JAKARTA - PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), as the sole agent of Mazda brand holder in Indonesia, inaugurated its participation in the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025 which lasted for 11 days.

PT EMI's Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ricky Thio said his party had a target at IIMS 2025 of 200 Vehicle Ordering Letters (SPK) from February 13 to 23.

Marketing & Communications General Manager of PT EMI, Pramita Sari added that her party is optimistic about this because it is supported by various networks of dealers in the Jabodetabek area.

"So, this target is expected to be achieved by our 11 dealers in our Jabodetabek area," added Pramita.

Meanwhile, EMI also brought CX-80 to the national automotive exhibition for the first time. Pramita explained IIMS 2025 as an introduction to this SUV to the wider community while educating the latest plug-in hybrid (PHEV) technology.

"There is no specific target for CX-80 because it has just launched, so this is also an introduction to the public and wants to see the feedback," explained Pramita.

Mazda CX-80 is armed with a 2.5 liter gasoline engine producing 191 ps of power and 261 Nm of torque combined with 175 ps of electric motor and 270 Nm of torque. With this combination of drivers, this latest flagship SUV has a total power of 327 ps and a torque of 500 Nm.

Because it carries PHEV technology, this car has a battery with a capacity of 17.8 kWh so that it can run with pure electric power up to 60 km according to the WLTP cycle.
