JAKARTA The 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) annual automotive exhibition is officially open today, Thursday, February 13, 2025, at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Initially, it was scheduled to open directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto, this event was finally inaugurated by the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita.

"The sale of wholesales in January this year decreased by 11.3 percent compared to December 2024. The total sales of wholesalers throughout 2024 were only 866,000 units, down 13.9 percent from 2023. With market conditions being sluggish, all stakeholders, including the government, must innovate again to stimulate public interest in automotive," he explained.
