JAKARTA - Vaccination services to antigen tests are available at the Sian Soor Tennis Center arena, in the Jayapura Mayor's office yard, to ensure the health safety of the spectators of the XX Papua National Sports Week (PON) tennis match.

Head of Team 6 Precision Vaccination Outlets, Rochmat Junaedi, said that the vaccination service was provided by the Papua Police's Medical and Health Division (Bisddokkes) together with the Police Inspector School (SIP).

"This vaccine booth is from the National Police, friends from SIP students who are still in education are specially brought here to help the vaccine booth because it is to make PON a success," said Rochmat to Antara, Wednesday.

Every day, Rochmat explained, the vaccine booth vaccinates about 10 people.

According to Rochmat, those who administer the vaccine at the booth really want to watch the match live, where the vaccine is a requirement to watch the match.

To carry out the vaccination only an identity card (KTP) is required. Furthermore, the officer will conduct a health check to ensure that the vaccine recipient meets the requirements to be vaccinated.

"Even if he doesn't bring an ID, he can be served, only he will not be registered online later because there is no ID Number," said Rochmat.

Rochmat said that the Precision Vaccination Outlet had 12 teams that were deployed to a number of Papua PON arenas. "In Lukas Enembe every venue is there," he said.

From Antara's observation, apart from the tennis arena, the vaccine booth is also in the rowing and rollerblading arena.

Each vaccine booth consists of two doctors, three nurses, three generals, for a total of eight officers.

Meanwhile, to comply with health protocols as an effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the Technical Delegate (TD) for the Papua PON tennis sport Rudy Novrianto revealed that the committee also carried out antigen tests every 2-3 days.

Not only that, spectators who enter are also required to do an antigen test that has been provided at the entrance to the tennis match arena.

"For our safety, we and the audience are also antigenised. The committee was also antigenized,” said Rudy.
