One Pride MMA Fight Night 89 Presents 12 Class Fights

JAKARTA - One Pride MMA is back in action at Fight Night 89. A total of 12 classy fights will be held, including the main event between Ronald M. Siahaan against Windri Patilima.

The most prestigious mixed martial arts tournament in Indonesia is scheduled to take place at HW Superhouse, Kuningan, Jakarta, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, WIB evening. Ronald and Patilima will fight for the title in the lightweight class.

Suwardi as COO of One Pride said that the clash of the two names was very appropriate to become the main card of One Pride 89. He predicted that the fight would take place hot on the octagon.

"If we talk about the main event, it is clear that this, the meeting between Ronald and Patilima, is a clash between kings and kings," said Suwardi at a press conference in Jakarta.

Both names come with a champion status in their respective classes. Ronald Siahaan (8-2-0) is the defending lightweight division champion with impressive performance, including a record of consecutive victories in the last few matches.

The fighter known as The Kick of Death has an aggressive and explosive fighting style with deadly striking ability and quick finishes, either by KO/TKO or submission.

On the other hand, Patilima (11-2-0) is the king of the welterweight division. He decided to drop down in weight to try to win the double champion status by taking Ronald's lightweight belt.

In addition to the main parties above, One Pride 89 will also present the debut of hystrike, a revolutionary fighting format designed specifically for fighters who rely on standing techniques.

"This is not just a main event, the fight between Ronald and Patilima, but all the fight cards we have prepared are very spectacular. All the fighters have their own stories," said Suwardi.

In hystrike, fighters are not allowed to engage in ground fights or submissions. This model offers an interesting alternative in the combat sports ecosystem.

Hystrike is a real form of combat sport, especially from One Pride MMA. One of the hystrike duels that will be presented is the fight between influencer Pinter Berantem against Preman Pensiun.

"If you ask what the potential is in the future, the potential is very big because the base of Indonesian fighters is on average from striking," said Suwardi.
