JAKARTA - One Pride MMA is ready to hit the 2026 calendar again by presenting four Fight Nights and launching hystrike debut, an arena for true strikers that presents pure standing fights without ground fights or submissions.

The 2026 series of competitions will start from OP89 which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at HW Superhouse Satrio, Jakarta. The main duel of the event will feature Windri Pattilima against Ronald Mastrana Siahaan.

Suwardi as Chief Combat Officer One Pride MMA said that their 2026 season calendar was designed as a phase for the maturation of quality, which is the main goal compared to quantity so that the MMA (mixed martial arts) ecosystem in Indonesia can grow healthy.

"Our focus is not only to present an exciting fight, but to ensure that every fighter who appears is truly worthy of being at the One Pride MMA championship level," said Suwardi in a press conference in Jakarta.

As the largest MMA promoter in Indonesia, One Pride MMA this year through the Combat Division disabled four classes, namely welterweight, woman class, atomweight, and strawweight.

This was done as a step to sharpen the competition structure by prioritizing four main divisions, namely flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight, and lightweight.

With more than 450 fighters on record, there are 50 selected fighters who will become the core roster of 2026 through a rigorous selection process based on match performance, track record of victories, and productive age.

As a new breakthrough for One Pride MMA this year, it also introduces the hystrike class. This rule set combines the best techniques from boxing, kickboxing, muaythai, to karate in a high tempo that demands accuracy, timing, and mental steel.

Suwardi said that hystrike is designed to deliver action without pause, ensuring every second is a precision duel on foot and the winner will be determined by who stands the most resilient and masters the pressure until the end.

"Hystrike is a hybrid striking. We answered questions from combat sport lovers and One Pride MMA lovers. So, we created, we evolved from MMA striking to meet the needs of combat sport lovers, especially striking," he said.

In addition, One Pride MMA also presents One Pride Physical, an event for testing One Pride MMA fighters to ensure readiness to compete at the highest level of competition.

This event is not just a running and weightlifting competition, but also a simulation of the physical demands of a championship fight, without punches. Participants are not randomly drawn and the determination of opponents for One Pride Physical participants refers directly to the official list of rivalries on the OP89 fight card.

OP89, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, will feature the main event of the lightweight Title Fight between Windri Patilima (11-2-0) against Ronald Mastrana Siahaan (8-2-0).

In addition to the title fight between Pattilima (11-2-0) and Ronald (8-2-0), the Indonesian MMA event OP89 will also feature a hystrike match between Pinter Berantem vs Preman Pensiun, one of the matches predicted to be the most anticipated duel.

OP89 will be broadcast exclusively via the pay-per-view system on the Vidio platform, which is the official broadcast partner (broadcast partner) of the OTT One Pride MMA. As part of the strategy for the sustainable development of athletes, One Pride MMA continues to strengthen its international path through the Road to UFC program and the UFC Performance Institute (UFC PI) Scholarship.

For the UFC PI One Pride MMA Scholarship program, Deny Dafa and Deniy Arif will be sent in April 2026. Meanwhile, in the Road to UFC 2026, Aditya Ginting (flyweight) and Ronald Mastrana Siahaan (featherweight) are projected as the main candidates, pending official announcement scheduled for the end of February 2026.

"Our goal is clear, every year there must be Indonesian fighters who are ready to rise to the international level. One Pride MMA wants to ensure that this is a sustainable thing," said Suwardi.

One Pride MMA is the largest MMA promoter in Indonesia and the only official UFC feeder in the country. Currently, the event hosts more than 400 fighters from 50 clubs spread across Indonesia.
