Mandalika 2025 MotoGP Practice Results: Fastest Bezzecki, Marquez Falls

JAKARTA Marco Bezzecki appeared in full control to come out as the fastest in the 2025 Indonesian MotoGP Practice session at the Mandalika International Circuit.

The Aprilia Racing racer controlled the top position thanks to an impressive performance to carve out the best lap time of one minute 29,240 seconds on Friday, October 3, 2025, western Indonesia time.

This speed made Bezzecchi successfully register as the first MotoGP rider to record themselves at that time.

As if he was not satisfied, this Italian racer managed to increase his time record twice until he finally came out as the fastest.

He was 0.408 seconds ahead of rookie Fermin Aldegeer (BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP) which showed solid speed. Third place was secured by Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing).

Aldeguer also showed an impressive appearance. Despite finishing this session by being in second place, his performance looks promising.

Luca Marini, who was previously the fastest in the First Free Exercise (FP1), actually took the lead in the first 15 minutes of the Practice session. However, in the end he had to settle for fourth place.

The fifth place is claimed by Raul Fernandez (Trackhouse MotoGP Team). Even though it is far from the spotlight, the rider numbered 25 has begun to show consistent performance every weekend.

On the other hand, Marc Marquez and Francesco Bagnaia had to face an unfavorable performance. The Ducati Lonovo Team duo will qualify from Q1.

Marquez faces a difficult session with two accidents at Turn 10 and Turn 5, making him have to work hard to secure Q2.

For three money, Bagnaia is also in an unsatisfactory performance that accompanies Marc Marquez in Q1. Pecco was only able to occupy the 17th position after the Practice session.
