JAKARTA - Ducati Lenovo racer Marc Marquez locked the world title after finishing second in the Japanese grand Prix which took place at the Motegi Circuit, Sunday (28/9).
By finishing second, Marc was mathematically enough to secure the seventh world title in the MotoGP class after his points were not overtaken by Gresini Racing's Alex Marquez.
In the race, Ducati Lenovo Francesco "Pecco" Bagnaia appeared dominant after starting from pole position.
Pecco immediately stepped on the gas entering the third lap by widening the distance from Pedro Alcohol who was in second place.
Entering the 11th lap, Marc maneuvered to corner Askosta and took second place. Meanwhile Pecco appeared untouched at the forefront.
