Korea Open 2025: Schedule Of 9 Indonesian Representatives To Play Day Two

Jonathan Christie will fight for a ticket to the second round of the Korea Open 2025 (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA A total of nine Indonesian representatives will struggle to secure the ticket to the second round on the second day of the 2025 Korean Open badminton event.

The remaining match from the first round of the BWF Super 500 level event will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. The series of matches will take place from 10.00 local time or 08.00 WIB.

From the men's singles sector, there are four representatives who will try to secure tickets to the round of 16, including Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo who are struggling from the qualifying round.

The badminton player from Papua won two qualifying rounds, including his compatriot Mohammad Zaki Ubaidillah to reach the main draw for the tournament.

The other three names from the men's singles who appeared were Anthony Sinisuka Ginting, Jonatan Christie, and young badminton player Alwi Farhan.

From the women's singles sector, Indonesia's only hope is that Putri Kusuma Wardani will also fight. The badminton player who was born in Tangerang met Anupadhyaya (India).

Then in the men's doubles the struggle to qualify for the second round will be passed by Leo Rolly Carnando/Bagas Maulana. This pair will try to catch up with Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri.

The remaining three representatives who will fight on the second day are Adnan Maulana/Indah Cahya Sari Jamil, Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu, and Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah.
