The Independence Cup Becomes An Event For The U-17 Indonesian National Team To STRENGTHEN Yourself

The U-17 Indonesian national team will test a strong opponent in the 2025 Independence Cup (doc. Indonesian national team).

JAKARTA - The U-17 Indonesian national team will appear in the 2025 Independence Cup in preparation ahead of the 2025 U-17 World Cup.

In this U-17 Indonesian national team test match, there were four countries that participated. Indonesia acts as the host, while the other three participants are Uzbekistan, Mali, and Tajikistan.

The three invited countries also have a fairly prestigious track record. Uzbekistan is the winner of the 2025 U-17 Asian Cup, while Mali is in second place in the 2025 U-17 Africa Cup, and Tajikistan is the quarter-finalist of the 2025 U-17 Asian Cup.

The 2025 Independence Cup match will take place at the North Sumatra Main Stadium, Deli Serdang, on August 12-18, 2025.

The U-17 Indonesian national team, coached by Nova Arianto, is currently still undergoing a training camp in Bali. As many as 30 players have been included by Nova in the list of players who will be brought to the 2025 Independence Cup.

After the 2025 Independence Cup, Indonesia U-17 will continue its training camp in various places, such as Yogyakarta and Spain, before appearing in the 2025 U-17 World Cup which will take place in Qatar.
