JAKARTA The U-21 Indonesian Women's Volleyball National Team (Timnas) will appear in the U-21 Women's Volleyball World Championship or the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Women's U-21 World Championship which will be held in Indonesia.
The championship will take place on 7-17 August 2025 in Surabaya, East Java. There are three venues used for matches, namely the Java Pos Arena, Gelora Pancasila, and GOR Samator.
A total of 24 countries participated in this year's edition. This number has increased from the previous 16 countries in the first edition in 2023 due to following the FIVB decision in June 2023.
Indonesia as the host will undergo fierce competition in Group A with Argentina, Serbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Vietnam. Later the top four countries will continue their journey to the round of 16.
