Cruel! Alcaraz Destroys Tommy Paul And Advances To The Semifinals Of The French Open

JAKARTA Carlos Alcaraz showed extraordinary and relentless performance when he eliminated the United States tennis player, Tommy Paul, with a landslide score of 6-0, 6-1, 6-4 in just 94 minutes, Tuesday, June 3, or Wednesday morning WIB, to ensure a place in the semifinals of the French Open 2025.

Competing on the main field Philippe Chatrier on the cool Tuesday night, the second seed from Spain appeared perfect from the start. After the previous three matches had to go through four sets, this time Alcaraz swept the first two sets in just 53 minutes, showing total dominance over his opponent who was the 12th seed in the tournament.

He (Sinner) understands the importance of playing at a high level throughout the match, so that it can be finished faster and have more rest time. I try to apply it too.

Alcaraz previously beat Mustetti in the final of Monte Carlo and semifinals of Rome. Even so, he didn't underestimate their meeting in Paris. It's going to be a beautiful fight, an incredible match. We both are playing very well. I have to be really ready for this game," he added.
