JAKARTA - Young and dangerous, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) striker, Desire Doue successfully carried his team to win the Champions League. This teenage footballer ran out of words after winning in the top match on Sunday, June 1 in the morning.

This is PSG's first win in the Champions League. The win was even sweeter with a new record for the biggest goal difference in the UCL final they recorded with a score of 5-0.

"I can't speak. It's a dream come true. It's amazing," Doue told Canal Plus, citing ANTARA on Sunday, June 1.

When the game had only been running for 12 minutes, Doue's unball movement resulted in a goal for Achraf Hakimi through his measured pass, before eight minutes later he became the third teenager to score in the final to score 2-0.

The goal led Doue to follow in the footsteps of 18-year-old Patrick Kluivert scoring for Ajax in 1995, and Brazilian Carlos Alberto Gomes who scored at the age of 19 for Porto in 2004.

Doue really became a field star after in the 63rd minute, he scored his second goal to turn the score into 3-0, which was a crushing blow to Inter's mentality.

"What we've been doing today is magical. We've made history in French and European football and I'm very happy with how it's all going this season," said Doue.

This victory saw PSG win the treble winners after they won the French Cup and French League. It was a huge inaugural season for Doue after he came from Rennais in August last year.

He has only started four games for PSG in the first four months of the season, including losing 0-2 to Arsenal. However, its development since mid-December has come as a surprise, where so far it has scored 15 goals and 16 assists out of a total of 54 matches in all competitions.

"It's my first season here, and it's a dream when I came here to win (The Champions League). Great players have played here and didn't win it, but we've shown extraordinary collective strength and it's really amazing," said Doue, who in French means "talented".
