There Are Only 10 Clubs Capable Of Bringing Haaland, 4 Of Them From England

JAKARTA - Erling Haaland will become the star of a new generation of football, according to the player's agent Mino Raiola, who said there are only ten teams in the world - four from England - capable of bringing in the Borussia Dortmund striker.

Haaland is known to have long been monitored by the world's top teams after performing brilliantly with Red Bull Salzburg before joining Dortmund in January 2020.

The 20-year-old striker continues to shine in the Bundesliga, scoring 43 goals in 43 appearances in all competitions.

Raiola insisted his client was the successor of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic and mentioned that all clubs wanted him.

"Obviously everyone sees Erling as a potential future star, because it is very difficult to do what she has been doing at this level at a young age," he said as quoted by Antara from Goal on Wednesday.

"He will be one of the stars for the next decade. Stars like Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo and Messi are old so everyone looks to the new generation."

"Only ten clubs can bring in Haaland and four of them from England."

"I don't think any sporting director is interested. Is there a Formula 1 team that Lewis Hamilton doesn't want to play?"

The Norwegian national team player is still tied to Dortmund until 2024, but is predicted to move to a bigger club before his contract expires.

Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Real Madrid, Manchester United and Bayern Munich have long watched Dortmund and are ready to hijack Haaland.
