Witan Sulaeman And Elkan Baggott Will Leave TC Of Indonesia U-19 National Team

JAKARTA - The Indonesian U-19 national team will face North Macedonia in a trial match, Wednesday, October 14, 2020. This will be Witan Sulaeman's last trial with the Garuda Muda squad.

The U-19 national team mainstay player must return to his club, FK Radnik Surdulica. Witan plans to leave the Indonesian national team training camp after the match against North Macedonia.

This was conveyed by the coach, Shin Tae-yong. He said Witan would return to his club on October 15 tomorrow.

"For Witan Sulaeman, maybe his last match at this training camp. He will return to his club," said Shin Tae-yong.

The former South Korean national team coach added that Elkan Baggott will also return to his club, Ipswich Town. However, the U-19 national team defender still has time to play the next test match.

"For Elkan Baggott until 23 October he can play with us. Then on 24 October, Elkan will return to his club," said Shin.

Witan's departure was certainly felt by the U-19 national team. The reason is, the player is a mainstay of the Garuda Muda squad in breaking down the opponent's defense. He has never missed playing for the Indonesian U-19 national team in a trial match.

Meanwhile, Elkan Baggott has only played with the U-19 national team once. He appeared when David Maulana and friends crushed North Macedonia in the first meeting with a score of 4-1.
