SUMBAR - The Regent of Pesisir Selatan Regency (Pessel), West Sumatra, Rusma Yul Anwar dismissed the Director of the Regional Hospital M. Zen Painan, dr. Sutarman. Sutarman is considered unable to manage the Regional Public Service Agency properly.
