Not Satisfied, Ayu Ting Ting Reports Again KD Account Owner @gundik_empang

JAKARTA - The swordsman Ayu Ting Ting has again reported the @gundik_empang Instagram account. But the reporting this time is related to allegations of insult and defamation through electronic media.

"My arrival with Ayu was to make a report. A report on the gundik_empang account with the owner of the KD account," said Ayu Ting Ting's lawyer, Minola Sebayang, to reporters, Tuesday, October 26.

The reason behind this report is because KD as the reported party never answered the summons. Two times, Ayu Ting Ting's side has sent subpoenas.

The report this time was different. This is because the previous report, which had entered the investigation stage, was related to allegations of defamation.

"We have made two subpoenas and invitations to KD, they have been accepted, but were not present, nor did they answer or respond to the contents of our summons," said Minola.

Meanwhile, Ayu Ting Ting's report is registered with the number LP/B/5310/X/2021/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya. In that report, KD allegedly violated Article 27 paragraph 3 Juncto Article 45 paragraph 3 of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law.
