After the Presidential Decree on the appointment was read, Ivan took his oath of office accompanied by a clergyman.

"I swear that in doing or not doing anything in this position, I will not accept directly or indirectly any promises or gifts. I will carry out the duties and authorities of the Head of PPATK as well as possible and full of responsibility," added Ivan.
For information, Ivan Yustiavandana replaced the previous Head of PPATK, Dian Ediana Rae. After being sworn in, he then served until 2026.
