It's just that the number plate was installed on another car. Where based on the data, the number plate B 139 RFS car is white. Meanwhile, Rachel Vennya put the plate on a black Toyota Alphard.

"It's a normal number because it's three digits. We only recorded that the car was white, while based on the facts and input from friends, the car used was black," said Director of Traffic and Traffic of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo to reporters, Jakarta, Friday, October 22. .

This case was revealed when Rachel Vennya conducted an examination at the Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, October 21. There Rachel was seen wearing a Toyota Alphard with an RFS plate.

Sambodo said, to match the data, his party will call or send a team to Rachel Vennya's house. The goal is to clarify the situation.

"We will clarify whether later by calling or sending traffic investigators to his house to see the vehicle," said Sambodo.

From there, he said, his party could only conclude whether there was a violation or not.

"Did he violate Origin 280 of the Traffic Law in conjunction with Article 68 meaning that he did not use a valid TNKB or for example it was a violation of Article 288 regarding not being able to show the STNK. This means that the car has been painted but the vehicle registration has not been changed. So we will clarify we will match our data with engine number, frame number and so on," he said.

Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya previously mentioned that Rachel Vennya was suspected of deliberately buying RFS license plates (nopol). Allegedly, the purpose behind it was just to dress up as an official.

"So he bought ordinary plates just to make him look like an official," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Bin Gakkum at Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Argo Wiyono when confirmed, Friday, October 22.

However, Argo did not deny that the RFS code could indeed be owned by the general public. It's just that there is a difference that is intended for public and officials.

The RFS number that is intended for officials is four numbers. But for the general public only three or two numbers.

"It's a three-digit plate, so if it's three numbers on the back it doesn't really matter. It's free," said Argo.
