Viral On Twitter, The Story Of A Passenger Who Lost An INK Trooper Helmet On The Commuter Line

JAKARTA - The story of a Twitter account user who told his story of missing the INK Trooper Helmet on the Commuter Line in the direction of Rangkasbitung has gone viral. But this story has a happy ending.

This story was shared by the account owner @praditia_rio as quoted by the editor, Friday, October 22. It was rare for him to bring a helmet into the carriage. However, because there was no motorbike parking area with a roof, the Ink Trooper helmet was brought in.

"I put my bag & helmet under the @CommuterLine bench. You forget, when I got off at my final destination I forgot to bring the helmet. Worse, I just remembered when I was at home the helmet wasn't there," he wrote.

Then he tried to contact KAI. And asked to fill out a form and include personal data.

While at Jurangmangu Station, he met Anggara, one of the Commuter Line officers. He tells the chronology of events. Anggara then tried to find an INK Trooper helmet in the warehouse, but couldn't find it.

Not long after, Anggara asked his contact to easily tell if the helmet was found.

"I just gave up. Because the INK Trooper helmet was quite expensive (for my ability) it might have been taken by other passengers," he continued.

"In less than 10 minutes, Mr. Anggara WA, he sent a photo of the helmet & clarified whether it was really mine. He was really looking for it, not just lip service like other state officials," he greeted again.

"I am very happy to have found this helmet. As a non-regular customer of @CommuterLine I am satisfied with the service, security system and team coordination. Keep going! For this time, I am grateful to pay taxes. BUMN services still have hope,"
