9 Political Parties In Kudus Receive IDR 1.2 Billion Funds: PDIP, PKB And Largest Gerindra, Democrats Have Not Submitted

KUDUS - Nine out of 10 political parties that won seats in the DPRD of Kudus Regency, Central Java received political assistance funds (banpol) from the government. The largest beneficiary was PDIP, amounting to Rp. 219.47 million

The banpol was handed over at the Kudus Regency Hall, attended by representatives from nine political parties, Wednesday, October 13.

"We ask each political party to participate in maintaining regional security stability, while the Banpol funds received can be used as well as possible for political education," said Kudus Regent Hartopo on the sidelines of handing over Banpol funds at the Kudus Regency Hall, Antara.

Because it is still a pandemic period, he hopes, the assistance of political party administrators to help increase the scope of the COVID-19 vaccine, especially for the elderly (elderly) group.

"We ask for his help to help encourage and motivate people to want vaccines because the vaccine coverage for the elderly has not reached the target set by the government," he said.

He hopes that with vaccine coverage for the elderly according to the target from the center, of course Kudus can apply PPKM level 2 again, because the low level of vaccine for the elderly has caused Kudus to level up to level 3.

The Head of the Office of National Unity and Politics in Kudus Regency, Harso Widodo, revealed that of the nine political parties, there is still one political party that has not submitted a disbursement of Banpol funds, namely the Democratic Party.

As long as the regional treasury book has not been closed, there is still an opportunity to apply for disbursement.

In Kudus Regency, there were 10 political parties that won seats in the DPRD that received political ban funds, namely the Democratic Party, PAN, Golkar Party, Nasdem Party, PKS, PPP, PDIP, Hanura Party, Gerindra Party, and PKB.

The budget that has been prepared is IDR 1.2 billion to be given to 10 political parties that won seats in the Kudus DPRD. While the value of financial assistance for each political party is in accordance with the number of votes with a value of Rp2,550 per vote.

The largest recipient of assistance from PDIP was Rp. 219.47 million, followed by PKB of Rp. 193.19 million, Gerindra Party of Rp. 181.68 million, and Golkar Party of Rp. 159.53 million.

The Nasdem Party was Rp. 87.38 million, and the PAN was Rp. 76.87 million. Then PKS received assistance of Rp. 88.1 million, PPP of Rp. 73.89 million, and the Hanura Party received assistance of Rp. 70.22 million.
