3 Suspects Of Nakes Beating In Bandarlampung Just Waiting For Time To Sit On The Patient's Chair

JAKARTA - The Bandarlampung District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has transferred the files of three suspects in the case of beating health workers at the Kedaton Health Center to the Tanjungkarang Class IA District Court, Bandarlampung.

The files of the three suspects with the initials A, NV, and DD were transferred to the Class IA Tanjungkarang District Court, Bandarlampung on Wednesday, October 6.

"We have delegated it for prosecution," said the Head of the Intelligence Section (Kasi Intel) of the Kejari, Erik Yudistira in Bandarlampung, Thursday, October 7, quoted from Antara.

The Kejari has also selected two prosecutors who will prosecute the case of mistreatment of health workers. Meanwhile, the three suspects were not detained because they were considered not to have run away, did not eliminate evidence, were guaranteed by their wives, and were guaranteed by their legal advisers.

"Objectively that's the consideration. We're just doing city arrests," he said.

Erik added that his party was still waiting for information from the court regarding the determination of the trial for the three suspects.

"Everything is ready, we just have to wait for the trial verdict," he said again.

The Clerk of the Class IA Tanjungkarang District Court, Bandarlampung, Asmar Josen confirmed that the court had received the dossier of delegating the suspect of mistreatment of health workers from the prosecutor's office. It is planned that the inaugural trial will begin on Thursday, October 14, 2021, led by the Chairperson of the Panel of Judges, Fitri Ramdhan.

"That's right, we received it this morning," he said.

Previously, the Bandarlampung Police had named three suspects for the beating of health workers at the Kedaton Health Center, Bandarlampung City, which occurred on Sunday, July 4.

"We have filed a case and have named three suspects for assaulting a health worker at the Kedaton Health Center, namely the initials A, NV, and DD," said Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bandarlampung Police, Kompol Resky Maulana, in Bandarlampung, Saturday, August 1.

He explained this after the investigation was carried out by the Bandarlampung Police investigators and based on the evidence obtained, such as viral videos on social media (social media) and other evidence, namely glasses and stones left at the location. All point to these three actors.
