The "One Billion One Village" Program Makes Road Infrastructure Smoother

BOGOR - Bogor Regent Ade Yasin said he was proud that thanks to the One Billion One Village or Samisade program, the Regency Government (Pemkab) of Bogor, West Java was able to produce smooth road infrastructure to remote villages.

"Because with the road, access to the hospital is easier, economic access is easier, and the environment is better," he said after reviewing several roads resulting from the Samisade program in Citeureup, Bogor, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, October 6.

Not only reviewing, Ade Yasin also inaugurated the two results of the Samisade program by signing the inscription symbolically. Two roads he inaugurated, namely the road in the village of Tarikolot and the village of Pasir Mukti.

Samisade is a village infrastructure development program by involving residents on a labor-intensive basis, and the village head as the budget user. The program is predicted by the Bogor Regency Government as an effort to recover economists from the pandemic.

This year, the Bogor Regency Government has budgeted Rp318.5 billion from the Bogor Regency APBD for the Samisade program of 356 villages to stimulate the development of village infrastructure.

Then in 2022 the Bogor Regency Government even increased the budget for the Samisade program to Rp392 billion. This figure dominates the economic recovery program, which in total is budgeted at Rp520 billion.

Meanwhile, the Head of Citeureup Sub-district, Ridwan Said, said that the Samisade program in 11 villages in his area was almost 100 percent complete, now there is only one village whose progress is still 80 percent, namely Karang Tengah Village.

“Thank you to the Bogor Regent for visiting the Citeureup District area. Alhamdulillah, the implementation of village and sub-district development, both the Samisade, Rutilahu and mass vaccination programs are going well," said Ridwan.
