JAKARTA - Acting Governor of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Andi Sudirman Sulaiman invited Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo to attend the 2021 Toraja Highland Festival. Andi Sudirman Sulaiman conveyed the invitation on Saturday, when he met Ganjar Pranowo in Papua to attend the opening ceremony of the National Sports Week (National Sports Week). PON) XX. Ganjar welcomed the invitation from the Governor of South Sulawesi and the Regent of North Toraja Yohannes Bassang to attend the 2021 Toraja Highland Festival, which is scheduled to take place from 4 to 10 October 2021.

However, Ganjar could not attend the opening ceremony of the festival because he had to be in Papua until October 5, 2021. "I wish him well, but I feel like I want to go there so you know I am a fan of Toraja coffee," he said.

The Toraja Highland Festival 2021 carries the theme "Interlinear Synergy to Generate Tourism from Villages as the Center for National Economic Growth".
