BOGOR - A truck loaded with iron weighing 15 tons overturned on the Puncak Line, Cisarua, Bogor Regency, West Java, which resulted in the death of a motorcyclist at the scene.

"At the location when crossing the road downhill and turning to the right the driver (truck) could not control the speed of the vehicle properly (made) it swayed from right to left again, then lost balance," said Head of Lakalantas Polres Bogor Ipda Angga when contacted, reported by Antara, Wednesday, September 29.

According to him, the incident that occurred on Tuesday, September 28 at around 22.30 WIB began when the fuso truck with license plate number B-9445-BQA driven by IW (29) lost control while descending from Puncak to Jakarta.

Angga said that when the truck swayed, it hit a motorcycle from the opposite direction. The vehicle with the license plate number F 3578 DK was driven by MRF (21) with IR passengers (23).

"The truck driven by IW lost control and collided with the motorbike, continued to move forward, then overturned," said Angga. head. The injured victim was taken to the Cisarua Hospital.

From the crime scene (TKP), said Ipda Anggahasil, there are allegations of the accident due to the negligence of the truck driver because he could not control his vehicle properly.

"The cause of the accident was due to the negligence of the driver. For the vehicle factor after being observed and investigated (the truck) was in a roadworthy condition," he said.
