PDI Perjuangan Took On Pramono Anung's Children In The 2020 Pilkada

JAKARTA - PDI Perjuangan brings the son of Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Hanindhito Himawan Pramono as a candidate for district head in the 2020 Regional Head Election of Kediri Regency.

Hanindhito was paired with the Chairman of Fatayat NU in Kediri Regency, Dwei Maria Ulfa who is a cadre of the National Awakening Party (PKB).

"East Java Province, Kediri Regency, Hanindhito Himawan Pramana and Dewi Maria Ulfa," said Puan when reading the recommendations of regional head candidates virtually, Friday, June 16.

Pramono Anung is a senior politician in the party bearing the bull symbol. During the process of reading recommendations, Pramono was also seen accompanying PDIP General Chairperson Megawati Soekaranoputri and PDIP DPP Chairperson Puan Maharani.

Apart from carrying out Hanindhito, PDIP also carries the eldest son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Gibran who is a PDIP cadre will pair up with another PDIP cadre, namely Teguh Prakosa.

On February 18, the PDI-P announced 45 regional head candidate pairs in the 2020 Pilkada.

Some time ago, Pramono Anung supported his son to advance in the Pilkada of Kediri Regency, East Java in the 2020 Pilkada. "Dhito did not initially register either in the branch or in the DPP. But because there is an organizational need, if he is assigned, we have no choice," Pramono said in February.

"If the people of Kediri Regency accept it, thank God," he said.
