Catherine Wilson Arrested By Police With Two Packages Suspected Of Sabu

JAKARTA - Model Catherine Wilson was arrested because she was found to have a white powder suspected of being a type of shabu-shabu drug.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said, Catherine was arrested at her home in the Ciganjur area, South Jakarta. The arrest was also mentioned based on information about the frequent drug trafficking around the area.

"This morning, a public figure was secured at his residence. Initial CW alias K," said Yusri in Jakarta, Friday, July 17.

The evidence that was secured during the arrest, said Yusri, was in the form of two packages of white powder suspected of shabu. Thus, investigators sent the sample package to the Forensic Laboratory (Labfor) to determine the content of the white powder.

However, in relation to the arrest process, Yusri said he could not explain clearly. This is because Catherine is still under further investigation regarding the two packages of white powder suspected of methamphetamine.

"His statement was taken at the time of his arrest. The arrest was today (July 17) around ten in the morning," concluded Yusri.
