"The MS victim was invited by the LPSK for a psychological examination to complete the requirements for the protection application," said Mualimin when confirmed by reporters, Monday, September 27, morning.
Psychological examination of MS is scheduled to start at 10.00 WIB. According to Mualimin, this psychological examination is the second stage that MS goes through to get LPSK protection.
Previously, LPSK officers had also asked MS for information regarding the chronology of bullying and sexual harassment that happened to him at the KPI office.
Mualimin said that currently his client's psychological condition is still unstable. This is due to the unfinished legal process at the Central Jakarta Police.
"He's frustrated, how come the process is taking so long. Why hasn't it taken so long," said Mualimin.
